Healthy is Beautiful
The small tips you´ve heard a 1000 times but actually help.
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, keeps your body cleansed and your skin too.
2.Drink 1 cup of green tea in the morning, and 1 before going to bed.Also could be red tea or Oolong tea.
3.Dance with the best songs in your ipod for 30 minutes

We all want to change things about ourselves
Or at least most of us. At least i do, i would like to be more patience, responsible, caring, less selfish, have better skin and being thinner. But for some reason i havent been disciplined enough to change this things about myself, but today i saw something i havent seen in a long time in my mirror, the refletion of potential beauty.
So lets not make a list of resolutions, lets work on them...
